Only thing I would add is a weekly shopping list. Other than that it was great. Through out the 30 days it seems they improve the amount of fruits you are eating and switch to more vegetables.
Very well put together and very helpful with reat tips!! If you are struggling a bit in trying to stay raw, or just looking for additional ways to add ease to your program, then this would be a good book for you.
